roots, radiohead, and toothpaste for dinner

I'm not going to pretend to know anything about the Roots, but they have a new album coming out called Game Theory. The songs I have heard from it are fantastic.

Game Theory - The Roots
Title song from the album. It's the live drumming that makes this song so damn sick.

Atonement - The Roots
Hollowed ground being walked on here. The beat to this song is based around Radiohead's song "You and Whose Army?". I was all set to hate this song, but it turned out to be one of my favorite hip hop tracks I have heard in a long time. They do a really great job with this one.

You And Whose Army? - Radiohead
Just so you can listen to the original and know where the beat came from. This is easily one of Radiohead's most underappreciated songs. Also, when I saw them live a few years ago, this song was a surprise highlight.

Also

There is a web comic I have been really enjoying lately called Toothpaste For Dinner. The humor can be a little dry at times, but I'm going to post ones I enjoy from time to time.
